Everything you need to know about getting your candles home safely — and what to do if something isn't quite right.

Shipping

Free standard US shipping on orders over $75.
Orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Standard (3–7 days): $6.95 · Express (1–2 days): $18.
International shipping to Canada and the UK available at checkout.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives broken, email a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Returns

Unused, unburned items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, burned candles cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

Email hello@velvetflame.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label (a $6 fee is deducted for US returns). Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.
