What are your candles made of?+
100% American-grown soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks. They're vegan and cruelty-free.
How long do your candles burn?+
Our 10 oz jar candles burn for approximately 60 hours, travel tins for around 20 hours.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes — every gift set arrives ribbon-tied with a complimentary gold-foil note card. Add a personal message at checkout.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery takes 3–7 days; express 1–2 days. Shipping is free over $75.
Can I return a candle?+
Unused, unburned items can be returned within 30 days. Damaged items are replaced free of charge.
Why is my candle tunneling?+
Always let the first burn melt the wax all the way to the edge (2–3 hours). See our Candle Care guide for more tips.
Do you sell wholesale?+

Can I reuse the jar?+
Absolutely. Freeze the jar overnight, pop out the leftover wax and wash with warm soapy water — or return five jars for 15% off.
